25 min from the farm
Luss is the conservation village on the west shore of Loch Lomond, about twenty-five minutes from Ballagan Farm. It's the prettiest stretch of the loch, and a natural day out from the pods.
The village is all conservation cottages, a pebble beach and a pier café, which makes it the gentle option for a Saturday afternoon. It sits on the opposite shore from the farm, so a trip to Luss gets you the west side of the loch, with Balloch and its marina on the way.
Pair it with something quieter on the way home. Our two-night plan puts Luss on the Saturday afternoon, with the tub and the sauna for the evening.
