Glamping in the Trossachs

Ballagan Farm sits inside Loch Lomond and The Trossachs, Scotland's first National Park. Aberfoyle and the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park are about thirty minutes east.

Most of our guests come for the loch, but the Trossachs half of the National Park starts within half an hour. Aberfoyle is the gateway, with the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park on its doorstep for forest walks and trails.

Ben Lomond, the most southerly Munro, is about forty-five minutes from the farm and a full day out. For a day when the tops are in cloud, Whinny Hill Wood is a woodland walk much closer to home, covered in our walks guide.
