Ballagan Farm is five minutes from Balloch, at the southern tip of Loch Lomond. Close enough to pop in for supper, far enough that the only sound at night is the farm.

Balloch is our nearest town and the main gateway to the loch. Balloch Marina is five minutes from the farm, with boat trips out onto Loch Lomond and its thirty-odd islands, and Loch Lomond Shores is a minute further on, with pedal boats, canoe hire, crazy golf, SEA LIFE and the Bird of Prey Centre.

It's also where you'll find pubs, cafés, independent shops and the train station, which makes Balloch the easy answer to most practical questions during a stay. Our half-hour guide covers what's further out.
