6 min from the farm
Pedal boats, canoe hire, crazy golf, SEA LIFE and the Bird of Prey Centre, all in one place on the shore at Balloch, six minutes from the farm.
Loch Lomond Shores is the one we point families at, and the one to keep in your back pocket for a wet day. There's enough in one spot to fill a morning or an afternoon without moving the car: get out on the water in a pedal boat or a hired canoe, or stay dry at SEA LIFE and the Bird of Prey Centre.
If you're coming with children, our guide to glamping with kids covers how a family of four fits in a pod. Balloch Marina is a minute back towards town for boat trips further out.
